What is your return policy?

30 Days Easy Return
If you're unsatisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you can initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the item's arrival date. All return requests will be evaluated, and our friendly Customer Service will be happy to assist you throughout the process.
If you receive a damaged, different, or nonfunctional item, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.
Note:

1. To be eligible for returns/exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

2. We don't provide free return shipping, and we don't refund any fees associated with return shippings.
3. To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure

Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return

If you'd like to request an exchange, please note that the process will still adhere to our stated return policy.
